Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton with the provided prepaid insured shipping label.
Ship to Our Studio
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your records as the package travels to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
